  How We Started

Pacific Recruitment, founded in 2001, is a family run business working with Acute care facilities in California. Our goal is to create an ongoing relationship between the Employer, Pacific Recruitment and the RN. The Founders have lived in both the United Kingdom and California and know personally the road followed to live and work in the United States.

   
  What We Do

Pacific Recruitment works with RN's currently residing in the United Kingdom and places them in permanent positions in California. During the process our experts assist the RN with licensing from the California Nursing Board, CGFNS VisaScreen Certification, Immigration, and local area knowledge in and around Southern California. Our goal is to place you in the best environment for work and the best lifestyle for you and your family.
